M302 series gateway module is a high-performance transceiver integrated full-duplex LoRa® RF module. It adopts LoRa® remote modulation and demodulation technology and supports LoRaWAN standard protocol and LoRa® private protocol. The module uses Semtech SX1302 and SX1250 main chips, which have lower power consumption than the previous ones, and are very suitable for the design of various IoT gateway transceivers. The module supports (G)FSK and LoRa® modes and can simultaneously receive up to 8 LoRa® packets with different spreading factors. The module provides SPI and USB interfaces, which are suitable for rapid develop.
